All orders are shipped with DHL. Orders over $250AUD are shipped free of charge, and orders under $250 are $20AUD (Domestic) and $40AUD (International).

All care is taken to send out each piece in perfect condition. Each piece is safely housed in a complimentary jewellery box. We are not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged in the post. All orders are shipped securely with DHL express. Please provide your phone number at checkout. Seb Brown Pty Ltd is not responsible for taxes, duties, levies or any charges on incoming parcels for exchange, return or repair. This is the sole responsibility of the sender.

MADE TO ORDER

All other Seb Brown Jewellery is individually hand-made to order and can take between 2-8 weeks to produce.

The prices listed on www.seb-brown.com, including or excluding taxes and duties are calculated based on the country you are shopping from. Please select your country of delivery at checkout to ascertain accurate pricing, currency, duties and taxes.

DUTIES

Australia

Seb Brown Pty Ltd is an Australian company so customers pay federal sales tax and GST on items, as the pieces are not being exported, there is no additional duties or taxes required to be paid on delivery.

International

We ship to 37 countries with duties and taxes paid (DDP). If applicable, this means Seb Brown Pty Ltd is responsible for duties and taxes and the amount paid at checkout is the final price. Duties and taxes vary from country to country, please contact the customs office in your country of delivery for more information. Upon delivery the customer will not be required to pay any additional duties or taxes to release the shipment. This only applies to products purchased via www.seb-brown.com

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are unhappy with your item it can be exchanged free of charge (excluding postage and handling costs) for another item or a credit note. The piece must be returned to us within 14 days of original purchase. Returned pieces must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed, with a purchase receipt and original packaging. Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Chains are final sale. No exchange can be made on chain length, please contact us to organise a custom chain length, this will incur an additional fee.

Please return pieces in their original packaging or a sturdy box. Do not send jewellery to us in an envelope, this violates our return/repair policy and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

BESPOKE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All bespoke pieces are final sale. Each piece is individually hand-made just for you therefore exchanges, returns and/or alterations are not possible. By purchasing online or paying the deposit and/or balance of the invoice you are agreeing to the terms and conditions herein. A bespoke piece is anything which has been altered from the original style, ring size, stone selection, stone layout, finish or metal choice of a piece listed online at www.seb-brown.com

'ONE-OFF' RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

One-off pieces sold in store and online are final sale. This includes any piece listed as a one-off and contains materials which cannot be replicated. These pieces are listed as 'final sale' on www.seb-brown.com

REFUNDS

A refund will be given as a last resort if the piece received is faulty. We cannot offer refunds for items lost, stolen or damaged during shipping or for change of mind. Refunds are only possible within 30 days of original purchase.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Written notification of your intention to cancel your order must be received by us within 12 hours of placing your order. This includes payment of invoice deposit, online shop or personal order. If production has commenced we cannot cancel your order and you will forfeit your deposit.

SALE ITEMS

Sale items are final sale. We do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges or re-sizing on sale items. Each sale item is sold 'as is' and we are not responsible for any faults or incorrect sizing. We reserve the right to refund sale items at our sole discretion.

REPAIRS

We reserve the right to refuse a repair or re-size on a piece of Seb Brown jewellery which has been altered or adjusted in any way by another jeweller or a third party. This includes alterations to stones, ring size, chain length and/or surface finish. 

Free repairs (excluding postage and handling fees) are offered on pieces deemed faulty due to poor craftsmanship. Anything beyond fair wear and tear can be repaired for a fee mutually agreed on by Seb Brown Pty Ltd and the customer.

Manufacturing faults do not include:

  • Broken, snapped or damaged chains or clasps
  • Broken earring backs or posts
  • Chipped, cracked, lost or broken stones and/or pearls
  • Bent or snapped rings
  • Oxidisation or discolouration of metals

 

Seb Brown Pt Ltd is not responsible for duties, levies and/or taxes on incoming parcels for repair. This is the sole responsibility of the sender.
